Payment Guide
Step 1: After placing the order successfully, the customer will receive our order confirmation information by phone or email. Information about the order code will be included in the email. Customers need to retain can reconcile when necessary.
Step 2: Our customer service staff will contact the Customer via phone (1st time) to confirm the order information, address and delivery time.
Step 3: Delivery staff will contact Customer via phone (2nd time) to schedule a time before delivery.
Step 4: At the place of receipt, the Customer rechecks the order and product before signing for confirmation on the Delivery Note.
When receiving goods, customers should pay attention to implementation:
- Open the package and compare the goods with the delivery note
- Hold the product to see if it is the right product that the customer has ordered.
- Check packaging and products damaged by transportation.
- If dissatisfied with any of the 3 above, the Customer can ask the Delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.
- nhasan.com will not be responsible for resolving Customer”s complaints after Customer has signed for receipt and payment.
- If customers choose the form of "Direct payment upon delivery", they can pay directly to the delivery staff right after receiving the goods.
TRANSIT TIME:
Within 1 to 2 business days.
TRANSPORTATION COSTS:
- Order over 5,000,000 VND, discount 50% for HCM city shipping to customers.
For orders with a total payment of less than VND 2,000,000, please pay the shipping fee according to the price list Proship, Giaohangnhanh or Flexship.
